Sumpah Pemuda may be already gone by the date but remember that our spirit is still ON along next the day. Sumpah Pemuda (or Youngster Promise in Indonesia, partly our historical legacy) is something that brought young Indonesian people united. It triggered young Indonesian People to come together to unite and help Indonesia to get the freedom in everything.
Sadly, some Young Indonesian already lost the essence or their spirit being Indonesian because this sophisticated life style and problem that make then even hate their own country. regardless of everything that happen to Indonesia, Bad or Good, we can stand together to make our country stand still, at least helping put the pieces to make it good.
I think the way to commemorate this day is by doing a ceremonial thing. even sadly one more, some schools did not do that which was for me it was really important as a reminder to the now generation how we are now being strong united.
I hope every youngster out there still stand to fight for Indonesia' s own good. In everything that they want to do to make Indonesia even proud to have YOU as its young generation...
